Position Summary We're looking for a self-motivated marketing professional who can own our digital marketing efforts from strategy through execution. You'll manage paid advertising, website updates, ServiceTitan marketing, social media, and lead-generation initiatives while providing measurable results. The ideal candidate understands how to generate qualified service leads, maximize advertising ROI, and continually improve marketing performance. ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising - Build and manage Google Ads campaigns. - Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. - Manage Google Local Services Ads. - Improve lead quality while reducing cost per lead. - Continuously test audiences, messaging, and creative. Website & SEO - Maintain and improve the company website. - Create landing pages and promotional pages. - Improve SEO and local search rankings. - Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console. ServiceTitan - Manage ServiceTitan marketing campaigns. - Build automated email and SMS campaigns. - Track lead sources, booked appointments, and campaign performance. - Improve customer follow-up and retention campaigns.
