DHA Assistant / Registered Nurse

Job Title: DHA Assistant Nurse Location: Dubai Company: Medly Home Healthcare Employment Type: Full-Time And Own Visa Working Hours : 10 Hours Weekly One Off Start Date: Immediate Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. This role involves supporting physicians during home or site visits, performing essential clinical tasks, and contributing to high-quality care delivery in a mobile healthcare environment. Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-centered, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: • Assist physicians during on-site consultations at various locations. • Conduct preliminary patient assessments, including recording vital signs and medical history. • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed. • Support physicians during minor procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control practices. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. • Educate patients and caregivers on medications, aftercare instructions, and follow-up procedures. • Ensure readiness of medical kits and compliance with clinical protocols. • Uphold patient privacy, safety, and professional standards at all times. Qualifications: • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), GNM, ANM, or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare or clinical nursing preferred. • Ability to work independently and handle patients with professionalism and compassion. • Good communication skills in English. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required. • DHA Eligibility Must Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
