Data Analyst

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Register new items with all required details in the relevant systems. - Maintain and ensure EAN and UPC codes for products are accurate and up to date. - Monitor item/product pictures and ensure the correct pictures are available. - Maintain and update product price lists. - Update item statuses on a monthly basis. - Ensure data compliance and maintain the required documentation. - Suggest improvements to existing data management processes. - Prepare and circulate monthly data performance reports. Required Experience & Skills - 2–3 years of experience in Data Management or a similar role in the UAE. - Experience with item coding logic. - Experience working with WMS/ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems, for data entry and reporting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining records. - Strong reporting and documentation skills, with experience in generating data-related reports. - Experience working in a large-scale EAN and UPC code scanning environment. - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
