Data Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, visualization, and actionable insights. The role will involve working with structured and unstructured datasets, identifying business trends, developing analytical models, and translating data into practical recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, business understanding, and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Python or R. Key Responsibilities · Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources. · Analyse business, operational, financial, sales, customer, and performance data. · Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical models. · Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and performance gaps in datasets. · Translate business requirements into analytical requirements and measurable KPIs. · Develop meaningful visualizations and reports for management and clients. · Perform statistical analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and trend analysis where required. · Support feasibility studies, business cases, market analysis, and consulting engagements. · Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions. · Automate recurring reports and analytical processes wherever possible. · Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytical outputs. · Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Maintain documentation for datasets, analytical methodologies, dashboards, and reporting processes.
