Corporate Finance Analyst | Biopharmaceutical Industry

Location: Hong Kong (Hong Kong Science Park) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities • Conduct market, industry, company and transaction research, particularly within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. • Assist in preparing financial analyses, forecasts, valuation models and business case assessments. • Support the preparation of management presentations, investment papers, meeting materials and internal reports. • Collect, organise and analyse financial, commercial and operational information for strategic projects. • Assist with due diligence and coordinate information with internal teams and external professional advisers. • Support business development, partnership, fundraising and other corporate development initiatives. • Prepare meeting notes, track action items and follow up on project deliverables. • Assist senior team members with ad hoc research, analysis and corporate projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline. • Approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity or venture capital, equity research, management consulting, healthcare investment, or an in-house strategy role. • Excellent business / data analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret logically and provide insights. • Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work. • Ability to organise tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively with different teams. • Genuine interest in corporate finance, investment and the biotechnology or healthcare industries. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
