Consultant ENT Surgeon (Head & Neck & Airway Management) – Dubai

Position Summary We are seeking a Consultant ENT Surgeon to provide advanced medical and surgical care across the full spectrum of otolaryngology, with a strong focus on head and neck surgery, airway reconstruction, and complex airway management. The role includes outpatient consultations, elective and emergency surgeries, multidisciplinary collaboration, and active contribution to service development within a leading healthcare institution in Dubai. The consultant is expected to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care aligned with international standards and UAE regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of adult and pediatric ENT conditions - Perform advanced head and neck surgeries, including thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, neck mass, and oncologic procedures - Lead airway management, including difficult airway cases, tracheostomy care, airway reconstruction, and endoscopic airway interventions - Conduct outpatient clinics, diagnostic assessments, and follow‑up care - Manage emergency ENT cases, including airway obstruction, epistaxis, and trauma - Perform a full range of ENT surgeries: endoscopic sinus surgery, otologic procedures, laryngeal surgery, and head & neck oncology - Collaborate with anesthesiology, oncology, radiology, pulmonology, and ICU teams for integrated patient care - Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and airway management committees - Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient‑safety initiatives - Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with DHA standards - Teach and supervise residents, fellows, and allied health professionals - Engage in research, publications, and continuous professional development - Support service development, protocol creation, and strategic planning for ENT and head & neck services Qualifications & Requirements - Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) - Comple
