Business Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Business Consultant/ Telesales Executive. This role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in sales and business consultancy within the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote business setup services in the UAE - Explain company formation processes, licensing, and related services to prospective clients - Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities - Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate information - Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/call targets - Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, documentation) to ensure smooth client onboarding - Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally. Requirements: - Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience (Telesales/Sales experience is a plus) - Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage) - Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) - Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets - Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: - Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month - Attractive incentive/commission structure - Training provided for freshers - Career growth opportunities How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their CV to jayarisingminds@gmail.com
