Business Analyst Wealth Transformation Hong Kong This role will work closely with business, product, distribution, and risk stakeholders to help streamline processes, strengthen controls, and support business transformation across the wealth platform. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Wealth Management initiatives - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, distribution, operations, risk, and controls teams - Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate existing processes - Facilitate discussions and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups - Support implementation of controls enhancements and transformation initiatives - Produce business analysis deliverables including requirements documentation, process flows, gap analyses, and impact assessments - Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and risk management objectives Requirements - Proven Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services - Strong Wealth Management or Retail Wealth background - Solid understanding of wealth product distribution models - Knowledge of investment products and/or insurance products - Experience working on risk, controls, governance, or process improvement initiatives - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to navigate complex organizations and build consensus across teams - Fluent Cantonese and English are essential Preferred - Experience within Wealth Transformation programmes - Exposure to controls automation and process digitization initiatives - Experience working with large international banking organisations Location Hong Kong Employment Type Contract Opportunity
