Business Analyst - Post Trade Change

Business Analyst required for international investment bank. My client is looking for a Business Analyst with Post Trade / Back Office expertise. This is a newly created role that has been created due to planned growth in the APAC region. Responsibilities: - Facilitate the development of strategic and tactical solutions with business partners (e.g. Technology, Operations, and Legal) to achieve business objectives - Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups - Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades - To conduct in depth requirement analysis, define and prepare business specification - To propose, review business requirements and ensure they align with global standards Skills Required: - Knowledge of Capital Markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows - Expertise in Post Trade / Back Office area - Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience - Outstanding interpersonal skills.
