With a focus on early to growth-stage tech startups across MENA and global markets, we partner with visionary entrepreneurs driving innovation across sectors including fintech, AI, SaaS, healthtech, mobility, and more.We are now seeking a high-caliber Investment Associate to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing venture investments.Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing & Screening:Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in the tech space, including inbound deals, outbound sourcing, and industry networking.Investment Due Diligence:Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product/tech reviews to support investment decision-making.Transaction Execution:Assist in the preparation of investment memos, deal structuring, valuation modeling, and internal approvals. Work closely with legal and finance teams through to deal close.Portfolio Support:Support portfolio companies with strategy, fundraising, performance tracking, and value creation initiatives. Act as a liaison between founders and the investment team.Market Intelligence:Stay current on technology trends, startup ecosystems, emerging markets, and regional innovation hubs. Attend demo days, pitch competitions, and startup events.Internal Reporting:Help prepare investment committee materials, fund performance reports, and LP updates.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategy consulting, or at a high-growth tech startup.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills.Passion for startups, eme
