Key Responsibilities - Prepare draft contracts, agreements, notices, and related documentation in line with internal standards and legal requirements - Review and proofread contracts and legal documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and risk areas, escalating issues for counsel review - Support Junior and Senior Legal Counsel with Arabic and English document comparison and validation - Assist with lease execution processes when required, coordinating documentation and approvals - Work with legal translators and review translated outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency - Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory and local law updates that may impact contracts and business operations, preparing summaries and reference sources for counsel - Study constitutions, statutes, regulations, and government decisions to assess legal implications for the company - Archive legal approvals, transactions, and documentation systematically to ensure ease of reference and audit readiness Ideal Profile - Bachelor's degree in Law - Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken, is mandatory - Minimum 3 years of experience in a paralegal or legal support role within a service‑oriented organization in the GCC, preferably UAE - Demonstrated ex
