The consolidated G&A construct serves as the foundation through which firmwide operating expenses are recorded, reviewed, and consolidated across the management company's legal entity structure. This framework is critical to the monthly close process and helps ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the firm's operating expense reporting. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with significant opportunities to drive process improvement and operational efficiency. The Associate will own key aspects of the month-end close process, maintain the consolidated G&A expense base, and ensure the accuracy of the accruals, reconciliations, and controls that support it.
