Associate Lawyer

Job DescriptionBanking Associate Solicitor to join the Dubai office of an international law firm. This role offers the chance to work closely with a well-regarded partners on a broad mix of transactional banking, finance and restructuring matters across the UAE and wider region. The practice advises financial institutions, corporates and government-related entities on a range of banking matters including corporate lending, real estate finance and acquisition finance on both a conventional and Sharia-compliant basis.It also has a strong restructuring and insolvency offering, acting across distressed debt situations, consensual restructurings and formal insolvency processes. The team acts for a strong regional client base including leading UAE banks, advising both lenders and borrowers as well as on selected private credit matters.QualificationsEnglish / Common Law qualified solicitor with 4–6 years post-qualification experience.Solid experience at a Legal 500 listed law firm in the Middle East or UK.Transactional experience and some exposure to restructuring or distressed situations.Looking to take on a broader role within a growing Dubai practice.BenefitsGlobal law firm remuneration, bonus and tax‐free package to attract a high calibre candidate.
