Associate Attorney

Position: Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate Experience: 2-4 Years Location: New York Employment Type: Full-Time Overview A leading international law firm is seeking a 2-4 year Associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience with executive compensation and employee benefits matters in corporate transactions and financial restructurings, as well as securities aspects of executive compensation, including public company disclosure. Responsibilities - Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters - Support M&A transactions and financial restructurings - Advise on public company executive compensation and disclosure - Assist with compensation plans, governance, securities, and tax matters - Draft and review agreements and transaction documents Qualifications - J.D. or equivalent - 2-4 years of relevant executive compensation and employee benefits experience - Experience with corporate transactions and/or financial restructurings - Public company disclosure experience preferred - Strong academic credentials and law firm experience preferred Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position in New York City is $225,000-$415,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
