Assistant Marketing Manager

The Opportunity Our client has recently acquired the distribution rights for an EV/new-energy vehicle brand in the UAE and is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build the brand from the ground up in the market. This is a rare chance to shape a brand’s positioning, launch strategy and marketing engine in a fast-paced, build-up environment, rather than inherit an established playbook. Key Experience & Capabilities Strong automotive marketing experience, ideally gained within an OEM, importer, or established dealer group; premium/luxury or EV/new-energy vehicle exposure is an advantage. 5 years of relevant experience, including substantial time in a senior marketing/management capacity. Proven track record developing and executing annual marketing strategies, brand plans and budgets aligned to commercial objectives. Strong brand management and positioning experience, including building brand equity and ensuring adherence to Principal/OEM brand guidelines. Solid exposure to new brand/product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing and events. Ability to analyse brand performance, market intelligence, competitor activity and key business indicators, translating insights into commercial action. Demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets with a strong ROI orientation. Strong people-management and team-development capability.
