An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise leading financial institutions, lessors, borrowers, investors and other market participants on a broad range of sophisticated asset finance transactions. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border financings, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and develop strong technical expertise early in your career. Requirements • Newly qualified lawyer with relevant experience gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm. • Experience within asset finance, banking and finance or a related transactional practice during training or post-qualification experience. • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. • A commercial mindset and strong attention to detail when working on complex transactions. • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
