Analyst / Associate – DCM or Treasury (Native Korean | Fresh Graduates Welcome)

• Native Korean & fluent English written & spoken, a must • Korean fresh graduate with a IANG visa OR HKPR Our Client: A 100% subsidiary of a sizable, reputable Korean Bank holding both HKMA & SFC licenses in Hong Kong. To support their expanding business, they are currently seeking high-caliber professionals to join their team. Role 1: Analyst – DCM (Debt Capital Markets) Team Overview: Assist business managers with deal organization. Support business managers on deal execution and settlement. Review credits in the market and conduct Mark-To-Market reports. Responsibilities: Prepare and provide proposals, pitch books, and marketing materials to potential corporate issuers and counterparties. Prepare Private Placement Memorandums for potential investors and professionally handle their queries. Work closely and coordinate with departments in both HQ and local offices to manage end-to-end deal processes. Prepare detailed credit proposals for credit committees. Ensure full compliance with all policies, rules, and regulations of the company, Head Office, and regulatory/government bodies. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on fixed income portfolios and bond insurance for Head Office or the management team. Pass the HKSI Paper 1 exam within the probation period. Role 2: Analyst / Associate – Treasury Team Responsibilities: Perform daily trading and settlement activities (trade processing, clearance, deal booking, trade control, reconciliation, position record maintenance, static data setup, and cash management). Coordinate cash management, including lending and borrowing, with business managers and the leadership team. Conduct verification of stock records, balancing and adjusting any money differences. Implement internal control policies and procedures. Monitor currency and interest rate exposures, and maintain accurate position valuations. Handle account opening procedures for clients
