Accounts Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Responsibilities • Assist in handling a full set of accounts and performing general accounting duties, including journal vouchers, account coding, expense claims, and preparation of accounting schedules • Prepare and monitor cash flow positions and forecasts to support treasury decisions • Verify invoices and staff claims • Support accounts receivable and billing-related matters for internal and external customers • Maintain accurate accounting records and an organized filing system • Coordinate with IT team, and service provider to resolve accounting system issues • Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline with accounting knowledge, or an equivalent qualification. • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in the commercial sector. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply • Detail-minded and well-organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities under pressure. • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to accuracy • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel • Immediate availability is preferred • Candidates with more extensive experience and qualifications may be considered for the position of Senior Accounts Officer.
