Account Opening Analyst - Investment Banking

Job Description • Review and verify account opening documentation • Maintain and organize account opening records, ensuring all physical and electronic documentation is properly filed, updated, and retrievable. • Perform document checking, validation, proofreading, and data verification for various client and operational documents. • Accurately input client information into internal systems and support account maintenance activities, including updates to client records and account amendments. • Conduct periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation deficiencies • The Successful Applicant • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Proficiency in handling account opening and related documentation. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. • Capability to work efficiently within a team and independently.
